Air France and KLM new invention:
Credit Card Surcharges
Air France and KLM has informed all their Swedish Travel Agents that commencing
December 1st 2009 they will add a Kr75 (US$11.00) credit card fee for each ticket issued and charged on any type of credit- or charge card.

It looks like they make a test in a small country like Sweden and if successful, implement it later in a bigger scale.
We should boycott airlines who excessively make use of surcharges, said one of the frequent fliers i spoke with today at the Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
