RULES AND REGULATIONS Once purchased, these tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under absolutely no circumstances will the airline refund the discounted airline tickets purchased on this web site.The ticket(s) are completely NON-CHANGEABLE after the first travel date has passed. In order to change the ticket(s) that you have
purchased, you must: Your total cost will be (The Change Fee) + (The Difference in the
Cost of the Tickets).
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION. All US travelers within the 50
United States are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such
as a driver’s license, at the airline’s ticket counter at check in. Parents
normally vouch for children’s identification; unaccompanied minors may have
more stringent rules, and parents must check directly with the airlines. All
other nationalities need to present a valid passport. RESERVATION NAMES AND TICKET REQUESTS. All reservations must be made in the name of the person(s) traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport. Once reservations have been made and you have provided payment information, your reservation CANNOT be changed without large penalties, which may be US$400 or more (IF a change can be made at all) and further may be completely NON-REFUNDABLE. Some tickets are completely NON-CHANGEABLE. If a ticket can be changed, the request must be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the original departure date. Once the first departure date has passed, unused tickets have no value. CHECKING IN FOR FLIGHTS. All passengers must check in at airports, primarily at airlines’ ticket counters, or in some cases, at departure gates, to receive boarding passes. Domestic flights require 1 hour in advance; international flights require at least 2 hours prior to departure. These requirements are made by the Transportation Safety Administration, and are subject to change, please check with your airline. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. International travelers are advised to know the entry requirements for the country(s) to which they are traveling or entering. Reliable information regarding travel for U.S. customers can be found at www.travel.state.gov. SkyTours sale of an international ticket to you does not imply any guarantee of passenger's ability to enter the country of destination. Traveler understands that SkyTours takes no responsibility for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country. SEAT ASSIGNMENTS and MEALS. Seat assignments and special meal requests will be conveyed to the airlines, but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and adjacent to the primary passenger, based on best seats available at the time of request. TRAVEL DESTINATIONS. Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. SkyTours urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov,www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov. in most Countries American Express credit cards for all purchases. All payments
for the airline tickets will be charged direct by the airline issuing the ticket
and in European Euros. Skytours only charges for fees and other services
(strictly non refundable). Your
credit card will be charged once by Skytours and once for each ticket via the
airline on who´s ticket your flight is issued. Current email, billing address and phone information must be
included with every order. SHIPPING. We do not ship tickets. All our tickets are e-tickets and made available on-line. SCHEDULE CHANGES. All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights within an itinerary.
