Sky-tours complies with Andorran legislation guidelines in matters of the protection of data of a personal nature (Andorran Qualified Law 15/2003 of the 18th of December and Andorran Data Protection Agency Regulations of the 9th of June 2010), approving the implementation regulations of the Organic Law and with other legislation in force at any time, and it seeks to guarantee the correct usage and handling of users personal data. To do this, in each form that collects personal data in the services which the user may request from Skytours, the user will be made aware of the existence and their acceptance of the specific conditions for the handling of their data in each case. INFORMATION SENT FROM USERS

Our state-of-the-art booking engine uses artificial intelligence mimicking real travel agents' search for finding the best fare and connection. Our personal knowledge and experience of over 30 years of ticket issuance are implemented in this new automated technology. Sometimes we break the travel on a given point and add two individual airfares together or use some other creative algorithm to get you a cheaper deal. Also if you are searching for a one-way airfare and this fare is higher than a round trip, we book and issue a round-trip for you where you only use the outbound ticket.
We update and improve our system all the time and pride ourselves on having the most advanced booking engine on the Internet.
TICKETING, CHARGES, AND REFUNDS
We charge you in the currency you have chosen. We currently support
59 different currencies. If your currency is not listed, the charge
will be done in European Euros (EUR).
Under certain circumstances,
customers transacting with payment cards on a cross-border basis may
be subject to additional fees levied by their local card issuer. Any
query relating to these credit card fees should be taken up with the

website are non-refundable, non-transferable and not changeable.
However, if the airline allows a full or partial refund, we will
apply for the refund and provide you with a Credit Voucher issued by
the airline or if possible, issued by Sky-tours. This credit voucher
is valid and can be used for future purchases within one calendar
year. If the voucher is issued by Sky-tours, you may use it for any
purchase on our website. If the voucher is issued by the airline, you
can only use this for a flight with the same airline and with the
same name of the passenger the voucher is originally issued.
Our ticketing fees of 65€ per ticket are, at any time, non-refundable even in an involuntary situation.
All refunds will be handled by our agents. Standard voluntary refunds will be charged at a fee of 65€ per ticket unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
For involuntary situations, Sky-tours will charge a standard processing fee of 20€ unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
The refund amounts will be calculated over the base ticket amount, original ticketing fees and other services such as insurance, will not be refunded. In some cases, the airline might offer a refund in the form of a travel voucher, in this case, Sky-tours will not be able to provide a cash refund to the customers.
CREDIT VOUCHERS RESTRICTIONS (COVID 19)
As travel stopped worldwide in April 2020 and crippled the travel trade with meanwhile 30% of all airlines and business partners out of business many clients would not receive any refund. Skytours decided however to pay back everybody even if we will never receive any money anymore from former partners. We want to keep you harmless. But for being able to do so, without risking our own existence we have to link the refund with a new purchase. Depending on the total voucher value it can be used to cover up to 30%, 50% or 100% of the new booking. You may buy any service from us, flights on any airlines, car rental, and hotel rooms not only for you but you may use this voucher value also for your family and friends as well until the voucher is 0 (zero).
We request and suggest all our customers reconfirm their flight schedule 24 hours prior to their original departure time. The airlines may change or cancel the flight schedule due to security reasons, sky-tours.com does not have control over the flight operations and will not be responsible for any loss that may occur by the action of the airlines.
Some airlines do not offer a refund when the change is up to 90 mins, all major changes beyond 90 mins are subject to the passenger's acceptance and may be rejected to claim a refund of the affected flight(s).
In case you have more than one airline involved in your itinerary, different airlines may not take responsibility for the cancellation/changes done by another carrier even if the total journey is booked together or the connection is affected; general fare rules of the non-affected carrier may apply.
Sky-tours.com as your booking agency will follow the airline's rules and will not be responsible for the cost applied by the other carrier in this situation.
In order to fly, you need to provide the required official documents (passport, identity card, visa, etc.). In addition to your passport, some countries also require a visa.
The specific administrative authorities will notify you of the formalities you need for a trouble-free stay (passport, visa, and vaccines). It is your responsibility to comply with these formalities. You cannot request a reimbursement if you are denied boarding because you have not presented the required documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.). It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary documents for travelling.
CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES
All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure with the airline. If any schedule change has occurred to your flights, you might be asked by the airline, to contact our 24/365 support centre for assistance, in this case, please contact us, and we will help you through the rebooking or refund. Sky-tours will not be responsible for any missed flights due to schedule changes by the airlines.
FREE ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE YOUR PASSENGER'S RIGHTS
We signed up with a third-party protection service to enforce your right to compensation. Should a flight be delayed or cancelled AirHelp will alert you, and offer you to represent you and claim compensation from airline(s).
